Apple and Samsung are starting a new era in battle!

It is a competitive environment that is the two giants of the technology world and the architect of the modern world. Even if the hand is shaken when it comes to the place, the main reason for your tension is not getting out of hand. There is a new turn in the patent case that has been going on since 2010.
In 2010, Apple filed a patent lawsuit for copying certain technical specifications of Samsung devices. Seeing Samsung as a trusted partner at that time, Apple only violated the South Korea-based company in the first place. Over time, Samsung has supplied billions of dollars worth of screen equipment and other components, and continues to do so.

However, as the management of the two companies could not agree on licensing, Apple glared at it alleging that Samsung imitated their own designs. The giant company Samsung has filed several lawsuits in dozens of countries, including Germany, Japan and the United States. Subsequently, Samsung responded by filing a lawsuit on the grounds that Apple violated patent on technology used for 3G cellular data on iPhone.

Until 2016, both giant companies are fighting against huge patent cases they have opened to each other. It almost prevented Galaxy Tab 10.1 from appearing in the Australian market. In fact, Samsung had to apologize to Apple in a case in the UK.

The most critical of the lawsuits continued in the US, and in 2012, it was decided that Samsung should pay Apple $ 1 billion in compensation. Samsung took the case and a judge told him that the monetary penalty was wrong and canceled the sentence.

The reconstructed negotiations seemed to result in a compromise in the legal context of the companies. As a result, Samsung has agreed to pay Apple $ 548 million for a total of three patent infringements. The resumption of litigation in 2016 began to reshape with the change in the decision mechanisms of US judges.

The ruling of the ruling Justice Lucy Koh, who ruled the first case and was on the last Sunday, is as follows:

"The court was prevented from evaluating the jury instructions during the proceedings in a correct manner and judging whether the instructions were judged by the jury to be the entire product (patent infringement) or another territory.

"This decision of the Supreme Court of the United States on design patents violations is a guide and a historic opportunity for our future trials," said Samsung.

The next hearing of the case will take place on 25 October. Apparently, Samsung is about to come across the world and beat Apple at home and in their own courts. But in such cases everything can change at any moment.
